MAking a difference
Working towards zero
Arrow’s Improve Birth Campaign™ funds global projects and non-profits working towards eliminating preventable maternal and infant mortality and improving the health of mothers + babies in the childbearing years.
Mission-driven from inception
Critical to Arrow’s mission is the belief that everyone should have access to healthcare and equitable maternity outcomes. There is plenty of work to do as BIPOC women are 3 to 4 times more likely to die in childbirth than white women in the US and parts of the world have little to no access to maternity care. Arrow’s Improve Birth Campaign™ focuses on decreasing maternal mortality and making a positive change in BIPOC communities.
Arrow donates products and services to non-profits and government agencies to increase access to evidence-based education and support.
Arrow gives a percentage of sales to US and global organizations focused on reducing maternal mortality and increasing health equity.
Our strategic partner
Midwives for Haiti is saving lives in Haiti by training skilled birth attendants and increasing access to care. They believe no woman or baby should die during pregnancy and birth. Currently, Haiti is the most dangerous place in the western hemisphere to give birth.

When a skilled birth attendant is present at the birth, most complications and deaths are preventable.
Making an impact
Currently, Midwives for Haiti graduates 20% of all Skilled Birth Attendants providing critical prenatal, birth and postpartum care in Haiti. They accomplish this by educating Haitian nurses in an 18-month rigorous training where they become skilled birth attendants upon completion.
